HER LASH CREATIVE
BOOKING FEE & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable £21 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
The booking fee will be deducted from your total.
The remaining balance is payable in cash only on the day of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and must remain within the same calendar month.
LASH EXTENSIONS POLICY
Infills:
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
You must retain 40–50% of your lash extensions to qualify for an infill.
Lashes older than 21 days will be charged as a full set.
We do not offer foreign infills. Clients with existing work must book a full set with removal.
LASH LIFT & BROW LAMINATION POLICY
Lash lifts and brow lamination results typically last 6–8 weeks.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting.
Failure to complete a patch test may result in the appointment being refused with loss of booking fee.
These treatments are not suitable for clients who are pregnant (first trimester) or who have eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, broken skin, or recent irritation in the treatment area.
Results vary depending on individual hair type, aftercare, and natural growth cycle. This is not grounds for a refund.
Brow Lamination – Skincare Preparation
To ensure the best results and minimise irritation, please avoid the following before your appointment:
7 days prior:
Retinol/retinoids, chemical exfoliants (AHA, BHA, PHA), topical acne treatments (e.g. benzoyl peroxide, adapalene), skin-lightening or resurfacing products, chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments.
48 hours prior:
Physical exfoliation, facials, brow-area treatments, sunbeds, tanning, or excessive sun exposure.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free brows, free from oils, skincare, or brow products.
Clients with sensitive skin or those who have not followed the above guidelines may experience irritation or compromised results. In such cases, the appointment may be refused with loss of booking fee.
WAXING & TINTING POLICY
Please arrive with clean, product-free skin.
Clients using retinol, acne medication, or active skincare ingredients must discontinue use 5–7 days prior to waxing.
We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed skin conditions or medications.
LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 10-minute grace period is permitted.
Arrivals over 10 minutes late will result in reduced treatment time, which may affect results.
Arrivals over 20 minutes late will result in cancellation unless prior notice is given.
Booking fees are non-refundable in cases of lateness, no-shows, or cancellations outside the notice period.
APPOINTMENT CONDITIONS
Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, free from makeup, oils, or residue.
A £5 cleansing fee will be applied if makeup is present.
No plus ones are permitted; extra company will be turned away.
Please dress comfortably and avoid low ponytails or bulky hairstyles.
Appointments will be silent after the first 20 minutes. Earphones are welcome.
out-of-hours appointments (after 8PM) are subject to a £15
AFTERCARE & ADJUSTMENTS
Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours of your appointment.
Adjustments will be made within this time frame.
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

We do not service clients under the age of 18.
